After spending more than three decades in the San Francisco Bay Area, Matt relocated to Las Vegas in 2021, bringing his expertise in residential and investment properties, commercial real estate, probate, 1031 exchanges, land sales, and relocation. He works with a diverse clientele, including professionals in law, e-commerce, science, academia, and finance—busy individuals who rely on his expertise to handle the details and anticipate challenges before they arise.

Matt takes great pride in the fact that most of his business comes from referrals and long-term client relationships. “The most important part of any transaction is ensuring my clients have a positive experience,” he explains. “I’m honored to still be working with clients I helped back in 2004.”

When he’s not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, Matt enjoys playing guitar, golfing, staying active, reading, cooking, traveling, and giving back to the community.
